Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Creation mobile app and explain the basic rules around use of the product, subscriptions, recordings you create, and the limits of what the app is intended to provide.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Creation Voice Affirmations, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your Android or iOS device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where applicable law permits otherwise.
3. Subscriptions
Premium is optional. The free version provides a starter experience, while paid subscriptions unlock additional functionality and expanded usage.
Prices, billing periods, and any introductory or trial offer are shown in the app and on Google Play or Apple's App Store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in the store where you subscribed. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the voice recordings and affirmations you create. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.
5. Optional ElevenLabs voice generation
Personal Affirmation Builder runs on your device. If you choose optional ElevenLabs voice generation, only the affirmation text you submit is processed by ElevenLabs. Use of this feature is optional. You are responsible for using only content, API keys, and voice IDs you have permission to use.
6. Disclaimer
Creation is a wellness and self-development tool. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice. Outcomes vary by individual.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
